Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan resources on all phases of the projects.
  • Develop operational activities required for the discharging of the services for Design Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Contract Management, Change Management, Value Engineering, Risk Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Project Control, Document Control, Works Supervision and H&SE Coordination.
  • Manage relationships with specific project stakeholders.
  • Participate in inspections on the construction sites.
  • Attend meetings with public entities, and/or other stakeholders of the project.
  • Prepare all necessary reports and Project Management documents.

Key requirements:

  • High proficiency with MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Basic BIM knowledge
  • PMP certified (preferably)
  • Ability to develop trust and communication among project stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:

Master of Science in Engineering or Architecture. Min. 12 years of experience in building projects related to offices, healthcare, public buildings, hospitality and industrial.
